Job Description -Responsible for developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. -Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed to execute the actions required to achieve organizational objectives. -Ensure market reach by managing a (potential and actual) customer database & ensuring coverage of customers -Ensuring that sales targets are met -Understanding the nature of the customers business, business cycle and business potential. -Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. -Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. -Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support staff and Softec International and Delta Holding teams. -Coordination of and communication with Delta Holding and Softec International teams to meet organizational objectives. -Spear head the business with the application of sales knowledge to sell globally -Input to the development and execution team on product management of line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. -Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. -Developing and implementing a go-to-sales plan, working with the holding companies to execute. -Analyzing potential partner relationships
