Job Description Interprets and explains administrative regulations, personnel rules, policies and procedures to the newly hired and actual employees. • Organizes and implements personnel programs. • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting personnel functions. • Provides information to management on personnel policies and procedures such as equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs. • Conducts research of new laws, best practices, or trends in personnel issues. • Maintains the personnel records of employees on matters such as attendance, wages and leave records and prepares associated management reports. • Prepares documentations for payment of salaries, allowances and overtime claims. • Provides technical support to the labor relations coordinator, including collection and maintenance of data and contract administration functions as assigned by the HR manager. • Assists in monitoring, recommending, and reviewing grievance, disciplinary and termination letters and procedures. • Develops, coordinates, and presents orientation material to new employees; explains the insurance, retirement, and benefits package, labor contracts, and conducts training to explain these matters to employees. • Advises and assists department heads on proper discipline and hiring practices. Ensures staff profile is updated at least monthly for staff changes.
 
Job Specification Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field. „ Three years of experience in the public or private sector performing professional personnel work. „ Excellent Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of all aspects personnel administration. „ Excellent Knowledge of labor contracts Law, employment laws, payroll and benefits forms, procedures and requirements. „ Ability to gather and analyze and provide solutions to personnel problems and recommend alternative solutions. „ Ability to develop, organize and maintain accurate personnel records. Good planning and organizational skills Experience 3 - 5 Years
 
Languages Excellent English, verbal / written communication. Excellent computer skills.
