Job Description |
Acts as the main contact between the visitors (customers or prospects) and the bank by assisting them to use/acquire the bank products using consultative promotion/marketing/sales approach and maximizing on the hospitality facility provided in the outlet. -Provide customers and new comers with necessary information in understanding the outlet concept. -Assist customers and prospects in using the outlet facilities to conduct their business . -Develop business conducted through the outlet converting visitors to become customers and encouraging existing customers to increase their portfolio . - Contribute positively to the friendly and easy-going environment of the outlet by encouraging and assisting visitors to use the outlet hospitality facilities.

Job Specification |
University degree. -Customer service mindset. -English, PC, and IHigh communication & Interpersonal skills nternet utilization knowledge -Experience in hospitality or banking field is a must.
