Job Description |
Cost control and cost reduction and finalizing the cash received for site within 3 days after returning from the site. •Preparation of site completion report and as built required information. •Cooperation with all the site time and representing the company in a good image. •Ensures safety aspects at site all the time. •Ensures the quality of work throughout all the site construction process. •Controlling the material during mobilization, site works & returned back the balance material (if any), and securing the material at site. •Coordinate and arrange all site activities through the duration of site works to ensure meeting the planned site schedule and completion date and time. •Assist personnel of other departments; procurement, stores & project research. •Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members. •Self learning for new site installations technologies

Job Specification |
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building codes and safety laws. Work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand "abstract" principles behind math and physics. Working knowledge of CAD tools. Team leading skills are mandatory Intermediate Communication skills Management skills are optional Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
