Job Description |
1. Provide accurate administration of flight allocations to ensure the smooth running of the department. 2. Arranging flight allocations, ensuring everything has been considered including time differences and flight transfers. 3. Issuing airlines tickets to customers 4. Handle requests and complete documentation 5. Booking for passengers on flights and resolving customer issues. 6. Handle schedule changes and using group allocations 7. Taking calls from agents and passengers and ensure opportunities to sell upgrades are maximized.

Job Specification |
Very Good command of computer. • Must be fully conversant with airline contracts and fares. • Must have experience in a flight booking and/or ticketing role. • Experience in a major CRS is essential, preferably Amadeus & WorldSpan. • Having the ability to build strong relations with clients and agents.
Experience : 3 - 5 Years.
