Job Description |
1) Establish the HR Department through creating and activating all the proper functions.
2) Develop and ensure implementation of Policies & Procedures in relation to the HR functions and Process.
3) Manage all internal & exernal recruitment, from identifyng staffing gaps, creating, and developing the job descriptions & specifications through the appointment.
4) Establish the company Penalties and Legislatation.
5) Coordinates training needs for staff, getting needed approval & periodic follow up offer specific training programs to help employees maintain and improve job skills, monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness- assess & analyse training needs through surveys, interviews with employees.
6) Deal with the training centers/trainers, monitor training cost & working with IMC to share in the provided training courses.
7) Ensure managing and maintaining all the employement records.
8) work with top management for making the suitable hierarchy in the organization

Job Specification |
Preferably ex experience in Pharmaceutical companies.
experience 7-15 Years
Fluent English/Arabic
Excellent computer background
Good commnunication skills
MBA is an advantage/ diploma in Human resources
